The bands have a smooth inner surface which grips the hose firmly whilst ensuring hose protection due to the rolled up band edges. The housing is made from a steel tube which is customer designed having only some hundredths of a millimetre manufacturing tolerance. The clamp with a unique one-piece housing design is very strong and also develops a high circumferential sealing force around the hose.

The three precision made parts combine to create the best characteristics for stainless steel clamps on the market.

The heavy-duty range of stainless steel hose clamps has been designed to reliably seal the hoses. It is one of the strongest worm drive hose clamps made and has the advantage over nut and bolt type clamps in having a larger adjustment range, thus reducing stock requirements and being considerably lower in cost. The 316 clamp develops the highest clamping force around the hose of all clamps in our wide range.
